REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. We stand behind everything we offer and want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please review the terms below.

PART 1 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all Canadian orders over $125.00 (before tax and discounts).

 

Shipping Rates

All other Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

 

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times, and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $20.00 CAD applies to all orders shipped to the United States via Canada Post.

 

Duties, Customs Fees & Import Taxes

Please be aware that your US order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and applicable US taxes upon arrival. These fees are set and collected by US Customs and Border Protection and are entirely outside our control.

Import duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Artists Within Inc. is not able to predict, cover, reimburse, or waive these charges under any circumstances. By placing a US order, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

We welcome international orders! As shipping rates vary significantly by destination and package weight, please contact us directly at info@artistswithin.com for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order.

 

Duties, Customs Fees & Import Taxes

Artists Within Inc. ships from Alberta, Canada. All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and destination-country taxes upon arrival. These fees are set and collected by the destination country's government or customs authority and are entirely outside our control.

We are unable to reimburse, cover, or waive these charges under any circumstances. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any duties, customs fees, or related charges assessed at the time of delivery.

 

Refused International Deliveries

If an international shipment is refused at delivery for any reason, including unpaid duties or customs fees, the order will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned package in new, unopened, and unused condition, a refund will be issued for the product cost only. The following will be deducted from the refund:

•       The original outbound shipping fee

•       Any return shipping or brokerage fees charged to Artists Within Inc. as a result of the refused delivery

 

We do not cover the cost of return shipping on any orders, domestic or international. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, regardless of the reason for return.

 

PART 2 — REFUNDS & RETURNS

Products may be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition only, within 14 days of purchase, upon inspection and approval. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Artists Within Inc.'s discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artistswithin.com prior to sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

AW03 Pro and Starter Makeup Kits associated with all industry insiders and students do not qualify for refunds. However, damaged or broken goods are eligible for replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement, contact customer service at info@artistswithin.com within 14 days of receipt. Items will not be replaced after 14 days.

 

Online courses will be refunded provided the student has not logged in to or accessed the course and the refund request is made within 14 days of purchase. Once a course has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

 

Deposits for diploma programs are non-refundable. However, start dates may be transferred, subject to availability, for a transfer fee of $50.00.

 

Withdrawals and termination of diploma program enrolment, and any associated tuition refunds, are governed by the Private Vocational Training Regulations (Alberta). Please refer to the Alberta Student Enrolment Contract provided upon registration for full details, including Section 13 of the Private Vocational Training Regulation.

If written notice to terminate is received after the program begins, tuition fees are payable as follows:

•       25% of total tuition if written notice is given after 10% or less of the program has been delivered

•       60% of total tuition if written notice is given after more than 10% but less than 50% of the program has been delivered

•       100% of total tuition if more than 50% of the program has been delivered before written notice is given

 

Artists Within Inc. monitors return activity for abuse. If we identify excessive or potentially fraudulent return behaviour, the customer will be notified in writing that Artists Within Inc. will no longer accept returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.
